ello, my name is Chris Melvin, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am a 36 year old executive. I grew up in a blue-collar town in Ohio, USA. I graduated from Ohio State University in 1984 with an engineering degree. After graduating, I moved to California to take a software-engineering job in Silicon Valley.

     I got into Scientology shortly after arriving in California, in early 1985. In late 1986, I got bored with the corporate life and took a full-time position supervising people new to Scientology on their first courses. I was looking for some adventure, and found it. This was one of the most fun and rewarding jobs I have ever done.

     I held that position until 1993, when I moved and became the president of a software company which publishes software based on administrative technology of L. Ron Hubbard. I still hold this position today.
