If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.

     This book really helped me with improving my attitude toward things and realizing at certain times where I'm at on the Tone Scale¹ and if I am really low or even a little under average, how to pick my own self up in tone. The Tone Scale is a scale, which determines what you're feeling, what you are doing because of your tone and how to fix your tone to better your actions. This is why I strongly suggest this book to be part of your own personal library, for you and the people around you.

These, ranged from the highest to the lowest, are, in part, serenity, enthusiasm (as we proceed downward), conservatism, boredom, antagonism, anger, covert hostility, fear, grief, apathy.
