     I am 45 years old, married, with 3 children. I was born in Mexicali B. C. Mexico. I speak read and write Spanish. I grew up as a migrant farm worker in California and joined the US navy in 1974. After that I worked in the construction industry for 21 years. I have owned and operated 3 construction companies in the telephone, electric and cable TV industry.
