If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding the human mind and how it works. It gave me an understanding of why people — including myself — sometimes act in completely nutty ways, and, more importantly, how to actually get to the root cause of such irrational behavior and eliminate it, without changing the person’s basic personality or damaging any good qualities.
